BATTLE DROIDS (ARTWOD)
Here's what I came up with in Artwods Battle Droids Wod. This is the best wod so far, I love mech drawings so much and I wanna learn to get better at this!
Part 1 was all about creating a shape and then drawing that shape with hard surface details. Then we had to pick 3 favorites and render them. I did everything in my sketchbook and rendered it in procreate.
Then Part 2 was about studying other artists, understanding how the joints work.
And in part 3 we had to create 2 final battle droids!
The first Droids name is LUCY, which is a spin on Lucifer, tried to add wings, horns and even a pitchforky laser spear to represent more of a devilish design.
Second Droid name is BILLY, more of a tanky explosive type of a fella.
